Terms
What you get from us, what we ask of you, and how the money works.
What the product does
You give us a PDF and a data source, tell us which column fills which field, and we produce one finished document per row. Your files, your data, and the documents we make from them are yours.
What we ask of you
- Only upload documents and data you are entitled to use.
- Confirm your email address before starting a run. Until then you can upload, map, and preview.
- Do not use this to produce documents that misrepresent who signed or agreed to something.
- Do not try to get around the document allowance on your plan, and do not resell access as your own service without asking us first.
A signature field is left empty by design: we will not print a typed name into one, because a document that appears to be signed when nobody signed it is not something this product will produce.
Allowances and billing
Each plan includes a number of documents per calendar month. A document is a row rendered — not a file delivered — so a merged run of two hundred rows counts as two hundred documents, the same as producing them separately.
The allowance is checked when a run starts. A run that would exceed it is refused with the numbers stated, and a run against a connected sheet that has grown since you mapped it stops when the allowance runs out rather than overshooting it.
On the free plan every page carries a SAMPLE watermark. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, with tax calculated at checkout. Cancel whenever you like and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal fails, paid output stops even though the plan name has not changed yet.
Retention
Documents a run produces are deleted 24 hours after it finishes, on every plan. Download or forward anything you need to keep; we are not a document archive, and a run whose files have expired says so rather than pretending otherwise. Templates and data sources stay until you delete them.
Availability and limits
We do not promise uninterrupted service, and a large run may queue behind other work. Rendering is faithful to the fields you place, but a PDF can be built in ways that defeat any filler — check a preview before committing to a batch of two thousand.
Where a document is wrong because of something we did, tell us and we will fix it and not charge you for the rows involved. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Ending it
Stop using the product whenever you like; deleting your account removes your workspace and everything in it. We may suspend an account that is being used for the things listed above, and will say why.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so by email before it takes effect.
